Some men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry Charles Albert Edgar Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap.
He’s not handling it well.
Hoping to force her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora goes on a much-needed safari holiday—and when the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own:
Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.
A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world's most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart.
While Henry revels in the sexy, raunchy antics of the contestants as they fight, literally, for his affection, it’s the quiet, bespectacled girl in the corner—with the voice of an angel and a body that would tempt a saint—who catches his eye.
The more Henry gets to know Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum, the more enamored he becomes of her simple beauty, her strength, her kind spirit…and her naughty sense of humor.
But Rome wasn’t built in a day—and irresponsible royals aren’t reformed overnight.
As he endeavors to right his wrongs, old words take on whole new meanings for the dashing Prince. Words like, Duty, Honor and most of all—Love.

Oh Prince Henry! After reading Royally Screwed I knew I had to have your book. I had a feeling it would be fun, sexy and down right hilarious! And I was right. I enjoyed Henry’s book so much! He is truly such a character and I loved reading about him.
Henry John Edgar Thomas Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, was used to living a carefree life. As the younger royal son, his responsibilities were low. Until he got plunged into life as the future King. Henry is vastly overwhelmed and not handling it well.
If I’m supposed to be the Great Royal Hope for my country, we’re all well and truly fucked.
So Henry decides he needs to decompress and do something fun before his responsibilities become even more extreme. While the Queen gives him space, he decides to sign up for a reality show. Matched: Royal Edition. What could go wrong?
Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum is a shy bookworm who keeps to herself. She has a few close friends and loves her job, and she has a very outgoing, fun-loving sister. Her sister, Penny, is approached to do Matched along with Sarah. And Sarah says no right away, of course. But Penny… Penny wants to go. And the only way she can go is if Sarah goes with her. So Sarah goes along. Not to be on the show, but to supervise Penny.
Henry is overwhelmed by all the women and attention in the show, which isn’t like him. But there is someone there who doesn't overwhelm him and who is easy to talk to. Sarah. I love the connection Henry and Sarah share. Henry is such a fun character, but he’s so much deeper than I thought he was. He has a big heart and is a good person. He’s one of those playboys that truly changes his way once he finds that one special person. Sarah is sweet, caring, and even though she’s unbearably shy, she learns to stand up for herself. I loved these two as a couple. How wonderful and protective Henry was, how Sarah brought out the best in him… they were a fantastic match.
Fun, hysterical, sweet, and sexy- Royally Matched is a fantastic addition to Emma Chase’s Royally series. I have no clue who the next book is about, but I don’t even care. I know I’ll be reading it!
Emma Chase is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of the hot and hilarious Tangled series and The Legal Briefs series. Emma lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children and two naughty (but really cute) dogs. She has a long-standing love/hate relationship with caffeine.
