Teach Me Dirty
Author: Jade West
Genre: Erotic Romance
They tell me it’s unhealthy, just a stupid crush. They tell me it’s infatuation, and will never come to anything. Never mean anything.
Because what would I know, right?
I haven’t even finished school. I’m just a silly little girl.
And no little girl should want the things I want from him.
No little girl should have the thoughts I have…
But they’re wrong.
I really do love Mr Roberts.
I love Mr Roberts because he’s the most amazing man, the most amazing artist, the most amazing teacher that could ever have existed.
And what if… just what if Mr Roberts wants me, too?

4.5 Stars!!
I loved this book!!!! Teacher - student romances are so much fun to read. That forbidden, sneaking around, taboo aspect makes the story soooooo addictive.
Teach Me Dirty was so addictive for me!
Helen is an artist. And she is in love with her art teacher, Mr. Roberts.
Not only is Mr. Roberts her teacher, but he is 20 years her senior.
What I loved about this book:
~ Holy. Hotness. The chemistry between these two characters was intense and scorching hot. Add to it that it was forbidden - it made it even hotter.
~ Helen. She is different from other girls. The popular crowd always finds someone to pick on and Helen is an easy target. But she knows her heart. And her heart wants Mr. Roberts. He is the only one who really sees her. He gets her quirks. He understands her creative expression. He makes her feel real. So many others make her feel invisible. She burns for him. I loved watching her fall in love and experience how wonderful it is. She blossoms and grows under his affection.
"I'm thinking how I've never felt like this. How I didn't even know it was possible to feel so close to another body they way I feel when...when you're inside me. How I didn't know it was possible to feel someone in the way I feel you when you're skin is against mine. I didn't know how much I wan't to breathe someone else's breath and feel their heart next to mine, and see what they see, and love what they love."
~ Mr. Roberts. GAH! This man. I love that we get his POV. He's so gentle and responsible. And so freaking dominating and dirty all at the same time. He tries to resist Helen. He knows that pursuing any kind of relationship outside of student/teacher with her is wrong. He denies her time and again. But since his wife passed away 9 years ago he has merely existed. Helen makes him feel alive again. And he really falls in love with her.
I wanted to protect her. Wanted to love her. Wanted to consume her, and tear her apart and make her whole again. I wanted to possess her. Wanted to worship her. Wanted to wrap her soul in mine and keep her there for all time.
You don't want to root for these characters - that would be gross, right? But I couldn't help myself. I loved them together. I loved that together they were better than apart.
What I didn't like:
~ UK slang. In Jade West's previous books, I followed along without a problem. In this book, maybe because so much of it was talk of school levels/grades, I was a bit lost. All I knew is that Helen is 18 years old and not in college yet. I skimmed all the "sixth form" language because I just didn't understand it.
~ Lizzie. (view spoiler) I could have done without the Lizzie drama.
Bottom line: I loved this book. It's forbidden. It's hot. It's dirty. It's sweet. I couldn't stop myself from turning the pages.
Jade West knows how to sink her claws into me so that I can't help but think about her characters.
