Egomaniac by @ViKeeland - REVIEW BLITZ!!!
The night I met Drew Jagger, he’d just broken into my new Park Avenue office. I dialed 9-1-1 before proceeding to attack him with my fancy new Krav Maga skills. He quickly restrained me, then chuckled, finding my attempted assault amusing.
Of course, my intruder had to be arrogant. Only, turned out, he wasn’t an intruder at all.
Drew was the rightful occupant of my new office. He’d been on vacation while his posh space was renovated. Which was how a scammer got away with leasing me office space that wasn’t really available for rent. I was swindled out of ten grand.
The next day, after hours at the police station, Drew took pity on me and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. In exchange for answering his phones while his secretary was out, he’d let me stay until I found a new place. I probably should have acted grateful and kept my mouth shut when I overheard the advice he was spewing to his clients. But I couldn’t help giving him a piece of my mind. I never expected my body to react every time we argued. Especially when that was all we seemed to be able to do.
The two of us were complete opposites. Drew was a bitter, angry, gorgeous-as-all-hell, destroyer of relationships. And my job was to help people save their marriages. The only thing the two of us had in common was the space we were sharing. And an attraction that was getting harder to deny by the day.

Reanell's Review: 5 Drew-Jagger-is-mine stars!!
If I could have anything in the world, it would be that Vi Keeland had a new book release every week. Ego Maniac is easily the first book to make my favorites for 2017.
Drew and Emerie are characters that I fell in love with from the start! Their banter had me rolling and had me wishing Drew was a real life male. Sigh. That man made me swoon so hard! He was so cheeky!
"Password?"
He smirked. "Suck."
"Get out of here. You just changed yours."
He shook his head. "Nope. It's one of my favorite words for a multitude of reasons. You suck is grumbled under my breath at people at least once a day. And, of course, who doesn't love a good suck?"
Ha^^ he seriously had me cracking up!!
This book was a perfect 5 star read.
Highly recommended from me!
Bella's Review: 4.5 STARS!!!
First of all, I need to address the cover. OMG.
Holy hotness.
This cover is the definition of covergasm . I mean. WOW.
With a cover like that, I was DYING to read it.
What I love about this book:
~Drew Jagger. Gorgeous, successful, crass and arrogant, I fell for this character hard. He's more than meets the eye and when the vulnerable romantic guy peeks out from the tough exterior, it was impossible not to swoon.
~Alternating POV.
~ All the main ingredients I want in a book are here. Funny banter - check. Smoking hot chemistry - check. Warm fuzzy feels - check. Sweet vulnerability - check. Angst - check. HEA - check.
Bottom line - read this book!! I loved every minute of it.

That was seventeen years ago.
I moved on. Marriage. Kids. White picket fence. Everything I ever wanted, but my husband betrayed me and I was left once again.
Alone, penniless, and with two boys, I had no choice but to return to Tennessee. He wasn’t supposed to be there. I should’ve been safe. However, fate has a way of stepping in.
This time around, the tables are turned. It’s my decision. Second chances do exist, but I don’t know if we can repair what’s already been broken . . .

Christy's 5-Star Review:

Say You’ll Stay is a stunningly beautiful and emotional read. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ve ever read a book that made me feel so much in the first few chapters. I was in tears more times than I can count in the first 10%. Did I mention it’s emotional?? Coming from someone who loves to feel when they read, I was totally okay with this aspect of the book. Just a warning to all readers picking this one up- be prepared to feel!
In the first chapter of the book, Presley’s life is forever changed. It’s not just changed, it’s turned upside down. Everything she thought she knew about her life isn’t what it seemed to be. Now she’s forced move from the city she’s raised her sons in, to go back to the small town she grew up at in Tennessee. She loves her parents and her brother, but there is a lot in Tennessee she doesn’t want to return to. Her first love, Zachary Hennington is on the top of that list.
Pres and Zach had that small town first love that everyone thought would last forever. But it didn’t. And now she’s back in the same town he is in. Zach and Presley both made choices when they were younger that broke them apart. The problem wasn’t that they didn’t love each other, it’s that their dreams took them in different directions, and they were young so of course there were struggles and miscommunications along the way that kept them apart all these years.
I’ve moved on in some ways, but Presley… she’s everything. She’s the reason I haven’t been able to move forward in my life. I’ve tried to live, love again, but it never compared. She fucking ruined me.

It’s apparent that Zach and Presley belong together. Whether they want to admit it or not, those feelings are still there between them. They both have regrets and it’s not an easy go of things, but their love is still there. Most people don’t get a second chance at a first love, but Zach and Pres have that chance. They just both have to decide to take it.
“I don’t think we’re doing anything too fast. I think we’re just finding our way back to where we always were meant to be.”
Presley’s story wasn’t just a romance. It was a story of strength. A story of finding yourself and making the best out of all the bad that can come. Bad things happen, and sometimes you just have to suck it up and do the best with the situation you find yourself in. Presley’s life was turned completely upside down and she was in a situation she never imagined she’d find herself in, but she was a fighter and ended up stronger for it. I admired her ability to move on with her life after the worst case scenario happened to her.
I got that feeling from the start that Zach and Presley were one of those couples that just belonged together and I really rooted for them both. I loved both Presley and Zach. Pres was actually my favorite character in the book, but Zach really won me over with the time he spent with her sons, and that fact that he was patient with Pres when she needed it, but also knew when she needed a push. As much as I loved the two main characters, I really adored Zach’s brother, Wyatt, and I’m ecstatic he’s getting a book!
Corinne’s words were so poignant and powerful I didn’t want to stop reading when I started. If you’re looking for a heartbreaking, yet heartwarming, gorgeous second chance romance- you don’t want to miss out on this one! I give it 5 stars and very highly recommend it to all!
“I want you. I want us.”
“I’ve always wanted you.”

BLURB:
Casey Coffield has a growing list of personal flaws he keeps locked away in his head:
He’s never on time.
His list of IOUs to his best friend is endless.
Money is always short.
Goals are never in reach.
Oh, and he’s decided to add college drop-out to that list, too. He doesn’t really think that last one’s such a bad thing, but his family insists it is, so it stays on the list.
On paper, he’s a zero. But in person, when he’s mixing tracks for a sea of bodies at the hottest clubs and parties, he’s downright irresistible. Just-right stubble on his chin, body of a boxer and a smirk that stimulates all the right nerves—women have never been a problem. They flock to his swagger and fall for his charm…fast.
All except for this one.
Purple hair, gray eyes, a raspy voice and sass, Murphy Sullivan is a little bit country and a little bit rock-n-roll. And her and Casey? They have history. He can’t remember it, but she wrote a song about him—and it’s not exactly a love song. But it is good. Damn good. And uncovering her inspiration just might be the key to solving a few of his shortcomings—not to mention open doors to his own big break in the music industry.
But sometimes dreams get messy when they collide. Sometimes life changes patterns. A past paints the wrong picture and futures get cloudy. The only question that remains is who will you choose when the dust settles—you? Or the girl of your dreams?
EXCERPT:
She breathes in slowly, rolling on her back and stretching her arms over her head. The black T-shirt she’s wearing rides up enough that I see her sides and bare stomach above her low-slung jeans, and I think to myself how far I’ve come. Any other girl, some other place and time, and I would be switching gears right now, capitalizing, because I always get the girl. I just don’t always keep the girl. They learn things, grow tired of me, or, more often, I am bored and done before anything has a chance. It’s never been the right girl, really. But Murphy…she’s a keep kind of girl. And this whole thing started because she hates me, so patience is necessary. But I have had my hand on that stomach. I’ve felt how warm her skin is through layers of fabric. I bet her skin is searing bare.
Patience isn’t a virtue. Patience is a murderer of six-foot-one fools desperate to kiss girls who sing like angels and look like my dreams.
Bella's Review
3.5 Stars
I'm a huge fan of Ginger Scott - her writing is just so easy for me to read.
In Your Dreams is about Casey and Murphy.
I really felt for Casey's situation. His father had expectations that he become an engineer. Casey did not want to be an engineer - his passion is music. And simply because he chose what makes him happy, his father cut him out of his life. Seriously? I can't even imagine what this feels like. So Casey craves family and mostly gets his family ties with Houston's family.
Let me just say that I LOVE Houston and it's great that we get to see glimpses of him in this book.
Murphy is a singer/songwriter who is shy and not quite sure she has what it takes to make it in the singing world.
Casey and Murphy.....it's a slow burn.
I loved watching these characters grown throughout the story.
I loved seeing them find their way to happiness.
Would have liked more in the ending.
Bottom line: slow burn that may have been a bit too slow for me but still gave me the warm fuzzies.
