I have been a fan of Calia Read's work since her Sloan Brothers series. So of course I stalk her on Facebook for teasers and pictures...oh boy can she find some hunky men!! So for the past few months she has been in cohorts with the talented Natasha Is A Book Junkie and posting these fucking teasers that were just enough to wet my appetite, but still be confused as to what the story would entail. I looked forward to those teasers and hated them at the same time because they left me feeling even more enraptured.

 

Well guess what? The whole fucking book is like that!! I have never read a book where I had no idea what was gonna happen and be so thoroughly mind-fucked!! Until the very end, I was baffled. The characters were so well written it's like I was in their head and felt what they felt. Especially Noami, man I'm still in shock and it's been a good 2 weeks since I finished the book. 


I have about 10 authors that are AUTOMATIC buys...and Calia's work is my #2 automatic buy.
